London-based fashion retail chain Joseph has decided to remain at its Soho pop-store, inking a long-term lease on the 7,500-square-foot space.
The store at 72-76 Greene Street will hold onto its 3,950 square feet on the lower level and 3,400 square feet on the ground floor. Joseph, founded by the late Moroccan hairdresser Joseph Ettedgui, also recently opened an outpost at 1061 Madison Avenue Near East 81st Street.
RZ Retail Advisors broker Robin Zendell and Sinvin Real Estate broker Christopher Owles represented the tenant in the Soho deal. Steven Soutendijk, Chris Schwart and Alan Schmerzler, all from Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlords.
ASB Capital Management and Chicago-based L3 Capital own 72-76 Greene Street. Eastern Consolidated’s Adelaide Polsinelli has brokered the building sale for $41.5 million since launching the new Eastern retail division. [NYP] — Mark Maurer
