Snider bought the 2,870-square-foot unit in 2011 for roughly $7 million, and subsequently had the pad extensively renovated. The apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, a gothic design and waxed plaster walls.

In December, Icelandic financier and convicted fraudster Jón Ásgeir Jóhannesson listed his apartment in the building for $10.9 million. Johannesson’s 16th-floor unit is nearly 3,000 square feet and has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, as previously reported. More than a year ago, designer Karl Lagerfeld sold his apartment in the building for $4.5 million, over $2 million less than what he paid for the home in 2006. [NYDN]Mark Maurer
