“Roger Silver”? Silverstein scion moonlighting as DJ

Roger Silverstein, executive vice president of leasing at Silverstein Properties and heir apparent to developer Larry Silverstein, is breaking into the electronic dance scene.

He has adopted the DJ pseudonym “Roger Silver” and is seeking collaborators as he produces music and looks to launch his own record label. He can be seen spinning at Provocateur nightclub at 18 Ninth Avenue in the Meatpacking District.

“I have no plans to leave Silverstein,” Roger Silverstein told the New York Post. “I love my day job but dance music is my passion.”

Roger sold his triplex at 29 West 85th Street, near Central Park West for $4.4 million, in 2010, as previously reported. His father recently broke ground on 3 World Trade Center. [NYP] — Mark Maurer
