Larry Silverstein’s Silverstein Properties unveiled renderings for its 60-story residential tower at 514 11th Avenue on Manhattan’s West Side.

The building will hold nearly 1,000 units – either condominiums and rentals — and roughly 180,000 leasable square feet of retail space, New York Yimby reported.

Nearby high-rises include Extell Development’s 547 10th Avenue and Joseph Moinian’s 605 West 42nd Street.

Silverstein has developed two large residential projects on the West Side with more than 2,000 units combined in Silver Towers, the twin-towered rental buildings at 600 West 42nd Street, and the 41-story tower at 1 River Place. The architect has not yet been announced, though Costas Kondylis designed One River Place and the Silver Towers. [New York Yimby]Mark Maurer

Why only show one tower and report is as 1 tower? This will be a 2 tower twin project.
