215 Sullivan Street releases first round of units
After unveiling its full website last week, 215 Sullivan Street, a condominium conversion in Greenwich Village, has released its first batch of listings.
The building, which was originally designed by Central Park architect Calvert Vaux, was renovated by Rawlings Architects into 25 residences — 17 lofts, four townhomes with private garages and four penthouses, according to Buzzbuzzhome.
The three available units range in price from $3.525 million for a 1,459-square-foot two-bedroom to $13.25 million for a 4,639-square-foot five-bedroom. A 2,362-square-foot three-bedroom unit is also available for $5.75 million.
