Alchemy Properties hired Frances Katzen of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing to help sell the remaining units at 35XV, its condominium project at 35 West 15th Street.

Sales launched in April at the 55-unit glass and stone condo, and more than 60 percent of the units have already sold, said Ken Horn, president of Alchemy. But Alchemy now wants help in casting a wider net to find buyers for the three-and four-bedroom luxury residences currently remaining at the property.

“Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has a proven track record for selling homes on a grand scale in the Downtown market, which makes them the perfect complement to the Alchemy team,” Horn said. “We really just wanted to expand the base and get it out a little more broadly.”

There are 19 three- and four-bedroom units remaining at the property, ranging from 2,005 to 3,831 square feet. They are priced between $5.45 million and $12.65 million. The majority of the project’s one- and two-bedroom units have already gone into contract.
