Commercial real estate firm Transwestern has been tapped to handle all the office leasing for Olympic Tower in Midtown.

Agents Patrick Robinson, Harry Seherr-Thoss, Debra Larsen and Lauren Davidson are the leasing agents for the 51-story mixed-use building at 645 Fifth Avenue between 51st and 52nd streets, according to a press release. The building was erected in 1975 by Aristotle Onassis’ Victory Development. It is now co-owned by a foundation the late Greek tycoon started in the name of his son, along with Stanley Chera’s firm Crown Acquisitions, which purchased a 49.9 stake in the building in 2012.

Olympic Tower also houses retail space and luxury condominiums. Those condos have been home to some famous residents, including Alessandra Gucci of the Gucci fashion family, actor Nicholas Cage and hedge fund manager John Paulson. [Press Release] — Angela Hunt
