Woodside’s first luxury rental building, Icon52, is more than 50 percent leased after less than three weeks of leasing.

Developed by Tsilo Group and marketed by Modern Spaces, the 66-unit building is located at 5205 Queens Boulevard at 52nd Street. It offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments starting at $1,500 per month. The homes range in size from 403 square feet to 806 square feet, according to a release from Modern Spaces.

“As prices skyrocket and inventory continues to get absorbed in nearby neighborhoods like Long Island City and Astoria, renters are now looking into Woodside which has been rapidly growing and is now a new focus for developers,” Eric Benaim, CEO and president of Modern Spaces, said in a release. “The Icon52 is definitely setting a new standard for luxury living in the Woodside area and it’s perfect for renters looking to live just minutes away from Manhattan.”

The units boast hardwood floors, high ceilings, Caesarstone kitchen counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and building amenities include a virtual doorman, landscaped rooftop deck, parking garage, barbecue and sitting areas, a laundry room and bicycle storage. — Julie Strickland
