Fashion mogul lists high-design penthouse for $13.5M

 Moise Emquies, the high-end t-shirt titan and founder of the fashion brand Splendid, has put his 5,256-square-foot triplex penthouse at 111 Jane Street on the market.

The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home, which is asking $13.5 million, has five private terraces and a private roof deck with views of the Hudson River, according to Curbed.

The home also features three wood-burning fireplaces, keyed elevator access, white oak herringbone floors in the living room and a powder room with a custom snakeskin wall-covering.
