Fire breaks out at One57 loading dock

Scaffolding at a neighboring building was also set ablaze

WEEKENDEDITION A small fire broke out on the loading dock of Gary Barnett’s One57 tower just before 9 p.m. Saturday.

The Fire Department was able to get the blaze at the 75-story building under control in a little more than an hour, according to the Wall Street Journal. No injuries were reported.
