The Chetrit Group and Clipper Equity have released a new rendering of the rental building going up at the site of the former Caledonian Hospital on the border of Prospect Park South and Flatbush.

The 199-unit development at 123 Parkside Avenue (previously Known As 100 Parkside Avenue) will start at prices at $1,999 a month for a studio, as The Real Deal previously reported. Apartsandlofts.com will handle leasing, Brownstoner reported.

Dubbed 123 on the Park, the new structure was delayed from being constructed until recently. Chetrit bought the site for $15.6 million in 2007 in a bankruptcy restructuring of Brooklyn Hospital Center. [Brownstoner] –– Angela Hunt
