Several years back, unit 15K was flipped by ABC Home founder Evan Cole for $9.15 million, according to the New York Observer. Then the unit hit the market again, listed for $13.9 million by Noel Berk and Liz Mercedes Berk. Now it seems that the 2,510-square-foot, three-bedroom unit has found its way into contract once again.

However the unit does not feature views of Central Park, a lacking which prompted Cole to say, “It’s a static picture. Central Park views are the most overrated thing ever.” [NYO] – Christopher Cameron
