In the latest in former “Geraldo Rivera Show” producer Dana Luttway’s high-end property flips, a 9,000-square-foot townhouse at 47 West 70th Street has sold for $19.27 million.

Lowey, along with her French investment banker husband David Luttway, picked up the pad in 2011 for $8 million, according to city records. Subdivided into 10 rental units at the time, the seven-story property was then converted into a seven-bedroom residence with seven full baths and over 1,000 square feet of outside space.

Mike Sieger of Fenwick Keats was the listing broker on the transaction.

The sale marks the latest in a string of multimillion-dollar deals as of late for the Luttways. That list includes the $14.39 million sale of 53 West 88th Street last year. [NYO]Julie Strickland
