Leasing has officially kicked off at 281 Union Avenue, formally the site of a neighborhood church in East Williamsburg.
The seven-story, 33-unit building features 27 one-bedrooms, three two-bedrooms and three three-bedrooms, ranging in size from about 593 square feet to 1,234 square feet. Rents at the building range from $2,200 to $4,500, according to Buzzbuzzhome.
The building’s amenities include a gym, shared work space, package room, on-site parking, bike storage, private storage and a landscaped roof deck.
