Before this unit on the 92nd floor listed, the most expensive sticker price for an apartment in the building was a five-bedroom penthouse on the 87th floor asking $74.5 million. The listing for that unit became unavailable about four days ago, according to Curbed.

The upper-floor apartment has a similar layout with a library and dining room, but presents the family room as a sixth bedroom and is 200 square feet larger, according to the listings. [Curbed]Angela Hunt
