After three decades spent vacant, Harlem site to launch leasing

New teaser site advertises June leasing

 After sitting vacant for nearly three decades, a Harlem lot will soon see luxury rentals.

Scaffolding is already coming down at 2270 Frederick Douglass Boulevard, a new residential building at the corner of 122nd Street, according to Curbed.

And although few details have been released, a teaser site for the eight-story, 41-unit building states that leasing will launch in June According to Property shark the building will feature 33,369 square feet of residential and and 2,390 square feet of retail space. [Curbed] Christopher Cameron
