Permits filed in January indicate that the project, located between Sixth and Carlton avenues near Barclays Center, would rise 80 feet and measure 61,058 square feet if approved, according to Buzzbuzzhome. The building would also feature a roof deck, bicycle storage, recreation space and parking. Kutnicki Bernstein Architects is the architect of record.

The project would merge lots at 670, 674 and 678 Pacific Street. Thus far, demolition plans have been approved for the pair of two-story commercial buildings at 670 and 674 Pacific. [Buzzbuzzhome] Christopher Cameron
