Fashion designer Cynthia Rowley picked up a three-story townhouse in the West Village for $11 million.
The 4,500-square-foot, 25-foot-wide house at 16 Morton Street near Seventh Avenue features a garage and ceilings as high as 22 feet. The building currently holds multiple units, but can be converted into a single-family home, according to the listing cited by the New York Daily News.
Leslie J. Garfield & Co. brokers Christopher Riccio and Matthew Pravda had the listing.
