A West Coast developer and his wife, known for being some of President Barack Obama’s most significant campaign donors, have dropped $5.4 million on a West Village apartment.

The couple, Wayne Jordan and Quinn Delaney, bought in One Jackson Square at 122 Greenwich Avenue, according to the New York Observer. But at 2,113 square feet, the duplex might be a little small for hosting political fundraisers.

The sellers, APS Living PTE LTD, which is connected to a Singapore-based household appliance chain, paid just $4.6 million for the apartment three years ago. [NYO]Christopher Cameron
