Meatpacking garage-turned-office building getting new look

Atlas Capital and Rockpoint plan for 70,000-square-foot structure after scoring long-term lease

Atlas Capital Group and Rockpoint Group have released renderings for its office conversion of a Meatpacking District garage, just weeks after securing a long-term lease there.

A+I is serving as the architect on 430 West 15th Street between Ninth and 10th avenues. After the conversion, the building will contain nearly 70,000 square feet, and receive 18-to-20-foot ceilings on the second through fourth floors and exposed brick interiors.

Asking rents will range from $90 to $100 per square foot, as previously reported. [NY Yimby]Mark Maurer
