Boerum Hill‘s 77 Douglass has hit the market – more than three years after developer Brooklyn Home Company purchased the building for just $1.65 million.

The 27-foot-wide building has been divided into four three-bedroom condos, ranging in price from $1.75 million for a 1,551-square-foot apartment to $1.95 million for a 2,431-square-foot garden duplex with a rear yard, according to Buzzbuzzhome.

The condos feature a J-51 tax abatement and private storage.

Corcoran Group is marketing the property and closings are projected for this summer. [Buzzbuzzhome]Christopher Cameron
