The seven-story property at 444 West 163rd Street will hold almost exclusively studio apartments. Seventy percent of the property will house single adults who were once homeless, New York Yimby reported. Urban Architectural Initiatives signed on as architect of record for the project, which is called Savanna Hall.

In 2011, global private real estate firm Harbor Group International bought a portfolio including the nearby 610 West 163rd Street, as previously reported. [NY Yimby]Mark Maurer
