Steven Spielberg lists 3-acre East Hampton land for $24.5M
Filmmaker tore down house on site after buying it for $20M in 2008
Director Steven Spielberg is seeking $24.5 million for a 3.2-acre waterfront parcel in East Hampton.
The Hollywood mogul paid $20 million for the property at 94 Apaquogue Road in 2008. He then proceeded to demolish the 108-year-old house on the site. The house had six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a three-car garage. Before Spielberg bought it, the property was listed with Douglas Elliman for $20 million. It is unknown who the broker is now.
