Applications were filed on Wednesday to construct a 10-story commercial building in Bed-Stuy, which will include several floors of medical treatment facilities.

The proposed new development will be located at 49 Spencer Street and will be 128 feet tall, where it will replace a warehouse and parking lot.

The building will also include three floors of parking, according to Brownstoner, six floors of “ambulatory diagnostic treatment care facility” as well as offices. Charles Mallea is the architect of record. [Brownstoner] — Claire Moses
