Permits filed for 11-story mixed-use Bowery development

Building to include commercial and office space, ambulatory care center and 20 apartments

A new mixed-use 11-story building is coming to 141 Bowery.

Developer Patrick Wu of Global Joint Venture and architect Raymond Chan filed permits with the city, according to Thursday’s property records.

The new tower, which will replace a prewar low-rise building at 141 Bowery, will measure 35,192 square feet and be 104 feet tall. The first five floors will be used for retail and office space, totaling 19,189 square feet, as well as 783 square feet for an ambulatory care center.

The rest of the building will be split into 20 apartments, which will total 15,220 square feet. [NY YIMBY] – Claire Moses
