Actor set to pay $4.875 million for three-bedroom in Tribeca building

Soon enough, Orlando Bloom will be able to knock on Taylor Swift’s penthouse door to borrow a cup of sugar.

The “Hobbit” and “Lord of the Rings” star is in contract to move into the fourth floor of 155 Franklin Street, the same building where the country star owns the penthouse.

Swift bought her place in the 1882 building earlier this year, from “Lord of the Rings” director Peter Jackson.

The asking price of the three-bedroom was $4.875 million. Reportedly, Bloom was attracted to the unit’s exposed brick walls, open chef’s kitchen and wood-beamed ceilings. [NYP, 1st] — Claire Moses
