Asking prices for all three penthouses at Thomas Juul-Hansen’s 505 West 19th Street have been revealed nearly four months after sales launched at the two-building High Line development.

All residents will have the unique pleasure of entering the building through a lobby below the elevated park, but glimpsing the High Line from the towers’ top floors will be a pricey treat.

The ninth-floor penthouse in the east tower covers 5,728 square feet and comes in at $22 million, Curbed reported. The four-bedroom unit boasts two private terraces, a media room, a wet bar and a library.

The asking price for the east tower’s second penthouse, located on the 10th floor, is $17.85 million. A 3,403-square-foot roof terrace tops the unit, which comprises 4,588 square feet of living space.

The 10th floor of the west building is home to the final 4,664-square-foot penthouse, which hits the market at $18.85 million, according to Curbed.

The project was developed by Ziel Feldman’s HFZ Capital. [Curbed]Tom DiChristopher
