Filmmaker Steven Soderbergh, best known for “Traffic,” “Erin Brockovich” and the “Ocean’s Eleven” trilogy, has listed his three-bedroom condominium at 155 Franklin Street in Tribeca for $6 million, as well as a three-bedroom in Chelsea for $5 million.

Urban Compass brokers Leonard Steinberg and Herve Senequier have the listing, the New York Daily News reported. Soderbergh, who paid $5.9 million for the Tribeca condo in July 2013, has yet to finish renovations he planned for the 3,532-square-foot unit. Architect Elizabeth Roberts had received city approval to design a study, TV room and more open living room in the apartment.

Soderbergh also put his apartment at 147 West 22nd Street on the market.

The building at 155 Franklin is a celebrity haven. Earlier this month, actor Orlando Bloom entered contract for a fourth-floor unit there. Singer Taylor Swift resides in the penthouse, formerly owned by director Peter Jackson. [NYDN]Mark Maurer
