Cobble Hill townhouse back on the market for $25K per month
Most expensive rental in borough loses title as it drops ask $10K
While the townhouse at 227 Clinton Street in Brooklyn’s Cobble Hill is no longer the most expensive rental in the borough, its price tag is still quite hefty.
The asking rent is now $25,000 a month, down $10,000 from its asking rent. The new price makes the home, located between Amity and Congress streets, the second priciest rental in Brooklyn.
The title of Brooklyn’s most expensive rental now belongs to the roughly 6,000-square-foot Gingerbread House in Bay Ridge built in 1917.
