Permits filed for 36-story tower at Domino site

But 320 Kent Avenue may not be first project to break ground at Two Trees' mega-development

The first permits for 320 Kent Avenue have been filed.

According to the permits the tower at 320 Kent will be 36 stories and 401 feet tall. The new building will include 41,801 square feet of commercial space. The rest of the 470,106-square-foot tower will be residential, housing 392 units.

The site — which is “site D” of the Two Trees’ Domino redevelopment in Williamsburg — is next to the Williamsburg bridge.
