10 Madison Square West, the former International Toy Center, is now a much-coveted 16-story condo building. The project, developed by Steve Witkoff’s the Witkoff Group, comes with 125 units made up of one- to five-bedroom condominiums. As part of the project, which started sales in July 2013, the Witkoff Group demolished 40,000 square feet of the structure and turned the space into a private courtyard for the new residents. What’s more, some of the apartments in a six-story tower added to the building will come with terraces. Amenities also include steam room, massage room, storage space, exercise room and yoga and pilates studio. Units on the market as of press time ranged from $5.05 million to $35 million.
