 24 Wooster is a luxury condominium in Soho’s Cast-Iron Historic District. The building was designed by John Pederson Fox Associates to meld contemporary design with the neighborhood’s historic architectural roots. A former 48–square-foot parking lot, the Stawski Group-developed site it is one of the largest in the area.  The eight-story building will house 16 large-scale condos and two retail spaces on the ground floor.
