The VE Equities-backed 11 North Moore Street in Tribeca made a name for itself after the condo residence launched sales via Instagram in October 2013, an unusual marketing move. The nine-story building, which was recently featured on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York,” is home to 19 units, including a still-available 7,061-square-foot $40 million penthouse; the penthouse features 18-foot ceilings, a private elevator, a master floor with a corner sun room and loggia, And A Rooftop Terrace with a private pool. At press time, the three other available units had asking prices between $7.25 million and $7.35 million. The AA Studio-designed building has a doorman, a library, a courtyard and a gym.
