RFR Realty’s 530 Park Avenue is a 20–story condominium and apartment conversion on the Upper East Side. Handel Architects handled the redesign of the 1941 Pre-war building, which features a stately entrance marquee and a grand double-height limestone entrance rotunda. The 119 mixed-unit conversion was completed in 2012 and sales launched for the 86 condos in December 2013. At press time, four condos were on the market.  Prices for those units ranged from$6.85 for a 2,519 square-foot three bedroom to $10.8 million for a 2,937 square-foot two-bedroom. Amenities include a 24-hour doorman and concierge, fitness center, child’s playroom, and a library with a billiards table. Units on the first floor overlook a French-style courtyard garden and reflecting pool accessible to all residents. Contact 530parkcondo.com or 212-371-0530.
