Glenwood Management, known mostly for rental development, is making a foray into condos with this new project at 60 East 86th Street. The 19-story, limestone-clad building has 15 spacious apartments. Since sales began in March, eight units are already in contract. For the three units on the market as of press time, prices ranged from approximately $8.75 million to $9.75 million.
