Glenwood Management, known mostly for rental development, is making a foray into condos with this new project at 60 East 86th Street. The 19-story, limestone-clad building has 15 spacious apartments. Since sales began in March, eight units are already in contract. For the three units on the market as of press time, prices ranged from approximately $8.75 million to $9.75 million. The building, designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen (whose work also includes One57’s interiors), features amenities such as a 24-hour doorman, a lobby library, a fitness center, a wine cellar, a playroom, dedicated storage and indoor parking.
