Mirabeau is a “pre-war, post-modern” conversion at 165 West 91st Street, offering one to five bedroom residences to homebuyers seeking a shelter on the Upper West Side. The project, once a 115-unit rental building, was revamped into a 96-unit, 16-floor brick and limestone condo residence. Sales have been healthy since the project hit the market in May 2013.
