The Aldyn at 60 Riverside Boulevard, Extell Development’s foray into condo-rental hybrids, has a few units available. The 40-story building has 136 rentals on the first 10 floors and 150 condos from the 11th floor and higher. Sales began three years ago with many units selling above their asking prices. On the market are six resale units that cost between $3.4 million for a two-bedroom and $5.495 million for a four-bedroom. The building, designed by Goldstein Hill & West Architects has 40,000 square feet of amenity space, including a fitness center, a spa, a 75-foot swimming pool, yoga and Pilates studios, a rock-climbing wall, basketball and squash courts, a bowling alley and a golf simulator.
