Bushwick warehouse to become hip eatery
The space is located next to an art collective
A 2,500-square-foot industrial building within an outdoor art gallery space named the Bushwick Collective will see new life as a hip eatery.
Located at 436 Jefferson Street between Wyckoff and St. Nicholas Avenue, the one-story structure is being redesigned by Kushner Studios, according to Buzzbuzzhome. The property was purchased by Glen Head of NY-based developer Beechcrest for just $341,000 in 2010, according to Department of Finance records.
436 Jefferson Street is located next to a 10,000-square-foot warehouse at 444 Jefferson Street, which is covered in art by artist such as, Buff Monster, Tristan Eaton, nychos, LamourSupreme, Sheryo and The Yok.
