Care provider Affinity Health Plan will take 90,000 square feet at Simone Development’s Pelham Bay, Bronx mixed-use complex, the Metro Center Atrium.

The lease brings the complex close to full occupancy, Joseph Simone, president of Simone Development said in a statement cited by the Commercial Observer. Other healthcare companies that will lease at the nearly finished 370,000-square-foot Metro Center Atrium include Montefiore Medical Center, Calvary Hospital and Fresenius Medical Care North America. The building is located on the 42-acre Hutchinson Metro Center.

Affinity previously occupied a space at 2500 Halsey Street, according to the Observer. Cresa New York brokered the deal for Affinity. Joseph Simone, Joseph Deglomini, Jr. and James MacDonald represented Simone in house. [NYO]Tom DiChristopher
