But some locals are less than thrilled with the design

Construction is finally in full swing on Pacific Street in Cobble Hill.  The latest project to rise in the neighborhood is a seven-story apartment building at 210 Pacific between Court Street and Boerum Place. The development will feature 10 units spread across 21,274 square feet, according to new building permits approved in April that were spotted by Brownstoner. Thus far two stories have been completed, but neighbors are already starting to bemoan the design, after a rendering was tacked to the fence. SBLM Architects are handling design. The property last sold to an LLC for $2.8 million in 2012, according to public records. [Brownstoner]Christopher Cameron
