Andrew Bradfield to build residential building in Clinton Hill

Orange Management boss bought site for $9.2M in December

Manhattan-based developer Andrew Bradfield is looking to Brooklyn for his next luxury condo project.

Bradfield’s Orange Management filed plans on Tuesday to build a seven-story residential building at 502 Waverly Avenue, just several blocks away from the Barclays Center. According to property records, the building, at the corner of Waverly and Fulton Street, would have 49 units and 34 enclosed parking spaces.

On its website, Orange Management describes the project as a 55-unit residential condo, set to be completed in 2016.

Bradfield bought the corner lot for $9.2 million in December 2013 from White Memorial Chapels Inc., according to property records.

The developer is also building a 28-unit condo building at 75 First Avenue, scheduled to wrap up next year. Previously, Bradfield developed 123 Third Avenue, a 19-story luxury condo building at the southeast corner of Union Square, which he sold to Related Companies and BLDG Management for $11.05 million in 2011.
