WEEKENDEDITION Everyone can invest in a posh summer getaway now that Washington DC-based real estate crowdfunding site, Fundrise, has broken into the Hamptons market.

The firm has garnered a lot of attention over the past year after receiving sizable investments from prominent real estate and technology backers. And now the firm has taken on its first Hamptons investment, according to Curbed.

With as little as $100, you can invest in a Westhampton Dunes bayfront house, which is currently under construction. Ideally, Fundrise hopes the Westhampton locals will invest in the 3,500-square-foot house being developed by Chatham Development Company. [Curbed]Christopher Cameron
