UPDATED, 2:30 p.m., July 30: The Moinian Group received a partial stop work order on its 60-story rental tower at 605 West 42nd Street. The order was lifted later Wednesday afternoon following a visit from an inspector from the New York City Department of Buildings.

The development company, led by Joseph Moinian, was cited for “six randomly visible broken wires” on a crane at the site of the 80/20. The Department of Buildings issued the order on Friday. The DOB won’t lift the stoppage until the issue is resolved.
