Yext expands at One Madison

Online business listing aggregator will take up more than 95,000 square foot

GeoMarketing company Yext is expanding at One Madison Avenue.

The business listing aggregator already occupies 36,823 square feet on the fifth floor of the building. Now it will take up 95,017 square feet in the SL Green Realty-owned building.

Neil Goldmacher and John Moran of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant in their expansion. The pair also represented the company when it signed its first lease in the building in 2012. Yext is subleasing the rest of the fifth floor from Credit Suisse.
