Dubbed “Gardenside” or “Cara-Mia,” the 1.84-acre estate housed the heiress and socialite until her death in 1964. The property is now owned by Las Vegas Sands casino Vice President Robert Goldstein and his wife Sheryl, who paid $17.4 million in 2007.

The 9,000-square-foot home has since been renovated and a rose garden added, according to the listing. The property also boasts Belgian block courtyards, a clay tennis court, bluestone terraces and 45-foot swimming pool. The Corcoran Group’s Tim Davis, who recently handled the sale of  Scott Bommer’s 16 Gin Lane, has the listing. [WSJ]Julie Strickland
