Related’s 28-story Hudson Yards building gets rendering

Ismael Leyva-designed structure to hold 174 apartments

Another building in the Related Companies’ massive Hudson Yards development has received a rendering. A 28-story residential property at 520 West 30th Street, between 10th and 11th avenues, is set to hold 174 apartments.

The city has partially approved the 354-foot-tall structure so far, New York YIMBY reported. The building will share a lot with an affordable-housing building at 529 West 29th Street that recently wrapped up construction.

Ismael Leyva was hired to design it, giving it a brick façade and large windows.
