Owner purchased the property for $13.4M in 2007

The former Lincoln Savings Bank is for sale.

The building, at 525 Broadway on the northeast corner of Boerum Street and Broadway in Williamsburg, is listed for $35 million. The property consists of 60,300-square-foot office space as well as 13,000 square feet of parking. The site has about 189,150 buildable square feet.

The current owner bought the building in 2007 for $13.4 million.
