The first Soori High Line condos have hit the market. The priciest listing in the building right now is a 3,572-square-foot duplex with two terraces and a 24-foot-long pool. The unit at 522 West 29th Street is listed for $10.995 million.

Prices at the development range from $3.6 million — for a unit that does not have a private pool — to $22 million. Three of the building’s 27 luxury units are listed. Two of them have a heated private pool. The pools were designed by Soo Chan of SCDA Architects.

New York-based Siras and Chan’s Singapore-based Oriel are developing the building at 522 West 29th Street together. Blackhouse Development is no longer involved with the 11-story development. [Curbed] — Claire Moses
