The Real Deal New York

Two new boutique buildings coming to Williamsburg

Both will have an affordable housing element

New renderings are out for Williamsburg’s latest residential buildings.

Last month permits were filed for two new buildings at 43 and 45 Maujer Street. Each building will have just seven rental units, with around 5,000 square feet of usable space, according to Curbed.

And a Department of Housing Preservation and Development banner hangs on the fencing that reads “Affordable Housing for New Yorkers,” suggesting the project was at least partially subsidized by the city government.

The project is being developed by Kubersky Management and Philip Toscano is listed as the architect. [YIMBY NY] Christopher Cameron
