Notorious Hamptons party animal Marc Leder, known as the “Hugh Hefner of the Hamptons” has been spotted house hunting in Sagaponack.

Leder, who hosted the infamous fundraiser where Mitt Romney made his “47 percent” comments, is on the verge of picking up a Hamptons home according to the New York Post.

The co-CEO of Sun Capital Partners has gained a reputation since divorcing his wife back in 2009 for throwing wild parties in Hamptons rentals that outraged neighbors.

According to the Post, Leder is considering a $22.9 million, 8,000-square-foot spec home, located at 828 Sagg Main Street. The property features a glass library and a glass stair-tower. [NYP]Christopher Cameron
